Cyclenation is the federation of cycle campaigning groups for the UK. You can find a list of bicycle user groups and campaign groups here, under "membership" They also have an excellent news service, so please have a look at this site.
Sustrans is the home of the national cycle network. On it's site is a wealth of useful information and a fantastic vision of the country we could live in if more people cycled!
